All materials used in production, including designs, templates, and printed outputs, remain the intellectual property of Custom Boxes BL. We do not sell, share, or distribute customer materials to third parties.
Custom Boxes BL may, however, use completed packaging designs or sample products for marketing, portfolio display, or promotional purposes to showcase our capabilities.
2. Copyright & Website Content
All content available on this website—including text, graphics, logos, images, software, designs, and layouts (collectively referred to as “Website Content”)—belongs to Custom Boxes BL and is legally protected.
Users are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, storing, or republishing any content without written permission from Custom Boxes BL.
3. User Responsibilities & Conduct
Users are fully responsible for any content they upload or submit, including images, artwork, text, or designs.
By submitting content, you confirm that:
- You own or have proper authorization for all submitted materials
- You are not violating any third-party intellectual property rights
- Your content does not contain illegal, offensive, or harmful material
Custom Boxes BL reserves the right to remove or reject any content that violates these rules.
We do not actively monitor user submissions and are not responsible for the accuracy or legality of uploaded materials.
4. Account & Security Responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Any activity performed under your account will be considered your responsibility.
You agree not to share your password or allow unauthorized access. Any misuse of your account is your liability.
5. Order Accuracy & Authorization
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- All provided information is accurate and complete
- You have full authority to approve and submit designs
- You are legally allowed to use and reproduce the submitted materials
Custom Boxes BL reserves the right to refuse any order that appears unlawful or violates rights of others.
6. Payments & Pricing
All prices are listed in USD (United States Dollars). Full payment, including taxes and shipping charges, must be received before production begins.
Orders are processed only after payment confirmation and final approval of artwork or design.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 4 hours after proof approval
- A $25 cancellation fee plus 5% processing charges will apply
- After 24 hours of approval, cancellations may incur up to 50% deduction due to production costs
- Custom Boxes BL cannot guarantee cancellation approval after production has started
8. Returns & Refund Policy
Non-Custom Products:
- Returns accepted within 180 days if unused and in original condition
- Customer is responsible for return shipping
- 10% restocking fee applies
Custom Products:
All custom-made products are non-refundable and non-returnable unless a verified defect is found.
Reporting timelines:
- Shipping damage: within 3 days of delivery
- Production defects: within 14 days
- Returned defective items must be shipped back at customer expense (if required)
Custom Boxes BL holds final authority on return approvals.
9. Design Services Policy
All design-related services are non-refundable. Once an order is placed for design work, it cannot be refunded under any condition.
10. Artwork & File Requirements
Customers must provide print-ready files (preferably 300 DPI, CMYK format).
Custom Boxes BL is not responsible for:
- Low-quality images
- Color variations between screen and print
- Errors caused by incorrect file formats
- Mistakes in customer-provided designs
All submitted artwork must be legally owned or authorized by the customer.
11. Proof Approval & Printing Accuracy
Final production begins only after customer approval of the design proof.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all details before approval, including:
- Spelling and grammar
- Layout and alignment
- Colors and design placement
Color variation may occur due to printing limitations (CMYK conversion, material differences, and finishing effects). Exact color matching is not guaranteed.
12. Liability Disclaimer
Custom Boxes BL is not responsible for:
- Typographical or design errors approved by the customer
- Damage caused by misuse of products
- Delays caused by shipping carriers or external factors
- Indirect or incidental losses
Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific order.
13. Printing Variations
Minor variations such as:
- Slight color differences
- Size deviations
- Over/under production (up to 5%)
are considered acceptable industry standards.
14. Production & Shipping
Production begins once payment and final proof approval are received before the daily cutoff time (10:00 AM CST).
Standard delivery timelines:
- USA orders: 8–10 business days (production + shipping)
- International orders: additional charges and customs duties apply
Delays caused by courier services, weather, or customs are beyond our control.
Incorrect shipping details may result in extra charges for re-delivery.
15. Rush Orders
Rush services are available at an additional cost. While we aim to prioritize urgent orders, exact delivery times cannot always be guaranteed.
If a rush order is delayed due to our fault, the rush fee will be refunded. However, the product itself remains non-refundable.
16. Website Updates & Changes
Custom Boxes BL may update website content, services, or these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. Continued use of the website indicates acceptance of updated terms.
17. Indemnification
Users agree to protect and hold harmless Custom Boxes BL, its employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal actions resulting from misuse of the website or violation of these terms.
